I went to visit my first love at the Brooklyn Museum with some trepidation. After all being a lifelong fan of MM, I didn't think I would see anything I hadn't seen before. I'm happy to report I was wrong. There were many great prints of MM that I'd never seen before by many different photograhers. Bert Sterns series of shots callled "The Last Sitting" is as especially poignant as it is beautiful. The I Wanna Be Loved By You is the finest collection of MM pictures I've ever seen. A must see and..Oh, No pictures allowed.
Ooooh, I read about this in NYT and I'd love to head up there to see it. I'm glad you liked the show. I absolutely love #2, it just keeps on stretching the photo to infinity.
