Goooooh Giants!!

The Empire State Building has been decked out in Giants Blue and Red all weekend. It must have brought them luck. On to Arizona for Super Bowl XLII.

West Village

40 Bond Street

I don't know how long this residential building has been on Bond Street but I'll be back with a wide angle for more shots.

East Village

My 18-70 mm lens is in for repairs so I picked up a 50 mm 1.8. I ddn't realize how much I had become dependent on the zoom. It was difficult to see in just one focal length. The 50 is really a 75mm telephoto on a digital camera. I'll probably use it for portraits and night shooting.
