FIre Island 2007

There may be more beautifull beaches in the world (I know I've seen my share) but there are few places where I feel totally at peace like I do at Cherry Grove on Fire Island.

Quoting my friend Bluejake "There are three major skills in photography: shooting, editing, and processing." I've been practicing the first but the latter two Ive just about ignored for the past two months. So bear with me as I catdh up and I hope you enjoy them.

Beloved and I took a long deserved vacation to Barbados. We've been there together twice before and its one of our favorite places. The pano up on top is our view every morning with morning coffee. We stay along the Atlantic side of the Island where few tourist go. The surf is rough and unswimable but we love it.
